Muller "Dirty Dog" Wägner. A name as notorious and infamous across the city as it is respected. After all, as one of the wealthiest men in the country, it's no surprise he has a great deal of authority behind it. Of course, what most won't openly say - even if they are painfully aware of the truth - is how this once-respectable military man also has his hands deep into most of the underground dirty work happening on the streets.

Drug trade? trade? Trafficking? Money laundering?

Muller has stakes in all of the above and more. But when you have wealth enough to buy out the majority - if not entirety - of the city at large, and a looming bullet for just about every known politician, high ranking official and service provider... well. Suffice it to say, 'don't ask, don't tell' is perhaps a most fitting phrase when it comes to describing the man.

This of course means it isn't unlikely for anyone in this city, or in any of several others really, to have some kind of connection with him and his many groups. Though, for most, that simply means owing money. Money that he certainly doesn't need, but he will be taking from you, down to the very last penny, interest included. It's almost a shame, given how only a few years back, he was a well-respected man of authority in the military. An enforcer of the public's protection. Alas, sometimes a man learns too much, or simply becomes too jaded to care anymore.

So what happens when you happen to catch the eye of the big man himself? When the Dirty Dog is at your door rather than just a nameless thug working for a guy who is working for a guy who is working for him? When whatever attempt you might have to beg and bargain for time or leniency falls wholly on deaf ears, simply because he couldn't care less? He isn't here for money, after all.
