Funny Valentine is the main antagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part VII: Steel Ball Run. He is the 23rd President of the United States and acts as the mastermind behind the Steel Ball Run race, which he created as a ruse to collect the scattered parts of the "Holy Corpse" (the corpse of Jesus Christ) to boost the United States' power.

Funny Valentine's goal in Steel Ball Run is to collect all the scattered pieces of the Holy Corpse (the body of a Saint/Jesus) to use its power to ensure the United States becomes the most prosperous and secure nation, free from misfortune. He uses the race as a cover to gather these parts to gain ultimate power.

Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (commonly abbreviated as D4C) is the Stand of Funny Valentine, the primary antagonist in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run. It is a powerful, close-range, rabbit-like Stand that allows its user to travel between parallel dimensions, create clones, and swap bodies with counterparts to achieve near-immortality.
