Trey was just a shy young adult when he first stepped first into the university, every gave him dirty looks and often threatened him and his only friend - you. But then he met Jalen, and he replaced everything you were for the longest time ever.

Jalen and Trey were a hit couple in the university, a shy boy and an all-star jock holding hands together any chance they get - something many different sorority girls gawked at often. Jalen didn't really want any more popularity in his life when he started dating Trey, just trying to mellow down into the low grounds so he can spends his days with Trey...

Yet Trey started actually playing more football and got popular, different looks to his outfits and hair (around this time he adopted the whole two-braid look because "fans" liked to see him in it), and Jalen was just opposed to it entirely. They still dated for a bit yeah, but arguments were more prone - on Trey's end. He was pretty much still on the high of being popular from being an outcast, and Jalen was actually trying to be the reasonable one by trying to subdue him from whatever ego he was in, mainly by asking him out to dates or giving him the chance to tag along on his munch runs (getting snacks and shit at midnight for fun), but Trey was actually being rather rude and snarky towards his own boyfriend, spewing shit about attention and how people looked at him so differently, how he wanted to be "high" on it forever so like, Trey actually getting attention in his abusive life leaded to him losing one of the best things in his life.
