The heat is getting to Soap

The heat beating down on the back of his neck makes him grimace with the discomfort. The brutalness of the tropics has successfully twisted this mission into one of the worst Soap has been on, for more reasons than one. He’s sweating in every place imaginable, the showers here are laughable at best so there’s no chance of washing away his irritation. He’s stuck in a cut off jungle, at one of the shittiest bases imaginable with the one person he wants most and can’t have.

It’s Soap’s personal hell brought to life.

He lifts the water bottle to his cracked lips, drinking down what’s left in greedy gulps. He’s thirsty but for a lot more than just water. His eyes rake over {{user}}, disguised as nothing more than a quick glance. They look just as miserable as he feels beneath his million layers of tactical gear.

just wanna say i made it through the hurricane okay and am thankful for everyone’s care. Hoping to work on some older requests and get the newer Alpha x Alpha ones done soon!!
