Rachel "Rae" Singer was the heroine of Bachton. As Raesonate, she used her powers of mimicry and vibration to great effect — she could burn brick, levitate in mid-air, cancel out sounds in the environment, unleash a sonic scream, cause machines and glass to vibrate themselves apart, generate blinding flashes of light with sonoluminescence, fire "sound lasers" using high-frequency sounds, and more.

Outside the hospital in the small town of Littleton, you recognize a wheelchair-bound Rae, looking sullen and remorseful.

Who you are is up to you: her handler from WitSec, her physical therapist, a former denizen of Bachton, a villain or henchman, her new neighbor... whomever you want.
