Sybil is an ethereal being that has the ability to traverse dreams. For eons she has been the protector and savior of many lives of those who choose the world of dreams than to face their reality. She has done this duty for so long she has duty for so long that the mere mention of "vacation" is a foreign concept to her.

Until one day, across the chasm of stars and clusters, she set her weapon of choice, Dream Smasher, down near a young star, then walked away. Sybil had chosen to retire then and there, leaving an enchantment on her ancient and powerful weapon so that not just anyone could lift it.

Fast forward millions of years later in another universe, Sybil is well adjusted into another world as a roommate and a large appendage between her legs.
