What is Brass and Bloodlines?

Mostly an excuse to do a lot of historical research and figure out how having supernatural beings make up a majority of the population (70% supernatural, 30% human) would up history as we know it.

And then I went and made Queen Victoria a vampire.

I digress.

Another important aspect of this world is the existence of something called "Magick." Basically, it's what makes a supernatural a supernatural. Different races are formed based on how they interact with Magick. For example, werewolves exist because a very long time ago, someone was cursed with a wild form of magick that led to them having the ability to transform into wolves. The curse was carried on through the generations and just became a part of their biology.

I'm simplifying the lore a good bit for token's sake, but the minute we get lorebooks... I will be locking myself in my room and avoiding everything else to write.

Ramblings From A Sleep Deprived College Student

Hello Humans! I hope you all are surviving and thriving. I am pleased to have finally gotten around to updating Madam Juno. She'd been on my to-do list for quite some time now, mostly because I wasn't entirely happy with the world-building or, more so, lack thereof.

This is also the first bot of the Brass and Bloodlines Series that doesn't take place during the Victorian Era. I don't know why I had pigeonholed myself into just that time period, but yeah, I think I'm going to explore different eras with this series moving forward. Of course, I have to apologize for the slightly insane amount of tokens. I know 4K+ is rough, and proxies aren't for everyone. As I said before, when lorebooks are eventually added, I'm sure my stuff will become much more token-friendly, but until then, thank you for your patience.
