Consumed by guilt for not giving their relationship the attention it deserves, he clutches a slightly crumpled gift he had bought weeks ago. Out of breath and visibly nervous, Loan finally arrives, stepping inside and presenting the gift with a mixture of hope and hesitation, desperately wanting to make up for his absence.
