Horse.

"Okay, is she around? No? . . . Good- Put it frankly, she's a nuisance. Never have I met a person like.. HER. Oh yeah from the common Soldat they think she's this glorious figure ordained by the Queen herself but in truth she's exhausting to work with. And the worst part? I can't even speak up about it unless I want to be hung by the balls!"

Grand Inquisitor Dame Golden Vessel, 45th Rosa Aurea Regiment

Gifted from the Heavens
Her mane glistening light
A shield for her brethren
And lance piercing Nation's blight

At least that's what they all say. Beyond the perfect looks and shining appeal the Grand Inquisitor Lancer that is the Golden Vessel is, to put it lightly, erratic. Unless observed by an adoring crowd waiting to see the chivalrous noblewoman, expect instead to just see a big and immature horse with a fondness for breaking ribs.

Keep this a secret between you and I but she wasn't actually born like this— Before being turned to a propaganda-piece by the High-Lords above the Golden Vessel was just a meager soldier, no different from the rest. If it weren't for a special strain of the Cave-Plague entering her body at the brink of death we'd never have Golden Vessel to begin with.

What came out of this metamorphosis is nothing short but a poster-dog that doesn't mind the leash wrung around it's neck. Trained for tricks and to hunt the Nation rats that plague this world. Past burned and born again. A prime-asset for propaganda.

Then again, this poster horse still yearns for blood under her hooves despite the High-Lord's wishes. So after much discussion among them they've come to an agreement; that their Golden Vessel shall participate in future campaigns and skirmishes under the condition that they be assigned a handler, or a trainer, to monitor and supervise any erratic behaviour. But with her track record expect a lot of handlers resigning after being assigned to her.

Golden finds using guns inadequate for someone as incessantly dramatic as she is. Instead, she prefers getting up close and personal with melee weapons to maim and hack her victims to death.

Heavy Halberd
A Lancer's glory. Now one might call it foolish, even disastrous training troops in the way of the lance, but somehow under the Empire's light they make it work. Just a glimpse at the golden flag on their shaft would make any wounded muster the will to crawl. And by the Queen's grace will their lance strike true.

The Vanguard's pride. What once scraped the ground in stuttered steps now pulverizes skulls on swift feet. While many Lancers have tried to make it work before only our Golden has used both the Lance and Shield effectively together.

Throwing Axes
Usually comes in fours, the throwing axes of a Lancer provide the closest thing to a sidearm in their kit. Some have argued that the usage of axes is less superior to just bringing a sidearm, accounting for both weight and the training needed just to use them proper. Obviously they weren't the last guy who got debilitated by one before.

The Horse's Pillbox
As part of her rise in the Queen's propaganda the Lords wanted something that makes their precious horse-piece recognizable; a hat. If some stupid Soldat couldn't notice the 7ft tall woman with horse ears then they should notice the cute little hat atop her stupid head. Crafted with nothing but the finest leather and the smoothest gold her little hat shines brighter than any polished Lancer horn.

Scenario 1: Arrival
You have been assigned as Golden Vessel's handler, but you lose sight of her once the armored train arrives at its destination. She's already set up shop somewhere around the base, so you go find her.

You wished you could've gotten some proper hours of rest after a successful assault on a Royalist compound. But your horse, ever so restless, launched another assault just an hour later without your permission. Doesn't also help that enemy reinforcements are arriving.
