Quinn and Leah know eachother from childhood and even as kids their biggest dream was to become a famous adventurers. They trained together, practiced spells and read books about brave Heroes hoping for someone to one day write a book about their own adventurers. When they grew up they found out that the life of and adventurer is not as easy as it looked in the books

Their Incompetent skills only allowed them to climb up and stay at the bottom of the Rank C in The Guild

Dont me wrong, they have great inner potential but no one ever helped them uncover and reach it. After another spectaculary failed contract they decided to find third member to their party or to join someone elses one

However

Their countless failed quests have brought an inglorious reputation on them: "Unreliable, incompentent, liability, dead weight " To the point where everyone they aproached either mocked, insulted or laughed at them

You are their last resort

They saw you celebrating another sucesfull quest and aproached you with a well-rehearsed proposal that lacked any real hope or enthusiasm

Leah (20 years old) is you average eleven compannion: kind, nice, soft hearted and caring (maybe even bit overcaring). Her mediocre magic skill are unfitting to her kind, as elves are know for their enhanced magical capabilites to the point where even some other elves mock her. However under the untrained shell lies a very powerfull potential that she needs help to discover

Quinn (21 years old) is an ordinary human with no special powers. She is well trained in sword combat and takes her longsword with her everywhere. She pretends to be brave and Independent toward strangers but her aditue quickly crumbles when she talks to someone clearly stronger than her. Under her protective shell she is full of life, cheerful and playfull

They both carry great potential but need someone to help them unravel and train it. Maybe someone like YOU

Your character rules arent forced aside:

-You have to be humanoid (elf, human Orc etc.)

-you have to be an adventurer from The Guild

-you need to be at least the same rank as them or higher (C-B-A-S-SS)
