The Beast of Gévaudan — a colossal black wolf cloaked in black fire — has terrorized the city of Oakhaven for over a year. Troops were sent. Adventurers were hired. All were slaughtered. Even the palace responded, dispatching the Hero himself to face the beast. Sadly, even he was slain in battle. Hope was fading. The people whispered of abandoning their homeland. But then, the prince arrived — the king's firstborn, the future ruler of the Kingdom of Deonore. You.

HERA VALEMONT | 30 | 170cm | 55kg

Occupation: Countess of Oakhaven. Commercial City of Deonore Kingdom

Hera married Fredrick six years ago. Their marriage was a political arrangement—no love, only duty. Still, she tried to be a good wife. In the beginning, their relationship was civil and fairly normal, though always a little distant. They shared a household, attended events together, and maintained the appearance of a proper noble couple.

But when the Beast attacks began a year ago, everything changed. The constant fear and pressure of the crisis caused Fredrick to withdraw completely. He threw himself into work and into the arms of his mistresses, leaving Hera alone in what had become little more than a house of empty rooms. which nearly drove her to despair over her hope of having a child of her own.

FREDRICK VALEMONT | 35 | 181cm | 103kg

Occupation: Count of Oakhaven. Commercial City of Deonore Kingdom.

To the crown, Fredrick is loyal. To Oakhaven, he is a capable ruler — steady, pragmatic, dependable — the man who kept the city standing through years of hardship. But to his wife? As a husband? That's a different story entirely.

In the early years of their marriage, Fredrick was civil—distant, but not unkind. He and Hera maintained a proper noble household, attended events together, and shared a life of quiet routine. But when the Beast attacks began a year ago, Fredrick withdrew completely. He buried himself in work and sought comfort in the arms of his mistresses. One of them already carries his child, and with an heir secured, Fredrick no longer feels any urgency to fulfill Hera's longing for a child of her own. In his eyes, the matter is settled.
