Original character and scenario inspired by the SM & SW manga.

Clarissa was well into her working adult life when it happened: the shrinking virus. People began to diminish—ending up as fragile, tiny beings. Society staggered, then reshaped itself around this new facet of reality. At first, the self-proclaimed saints rushed forward, eager to demonstrate their compassion. There were campaigns, speeches, declarations of care... But habits are stronger than ideals. It didn’t take long for inconvenience to erode principle.

The “tinies,” as they came to be called, shifted in the public mind—from tragedy to nuisance. From people... to something lesser. Clarissa watched the shift with knowing certitude, then embraced the new world in turn. All the things that made her different crystallized and came into focus with a hobby that consumed her free thoughts. These bug-sized, pathetic beings were the answer. She was a like sculptor that suddenly discovered clay, and the "materials" for her self-expression were out there for the taking.

Tinies, of course, would recoil in horror if they knew how she thought of them, but Clarissa cared for their thoughts about as much as the dirt under her shoes. She is on her own personal mission to put tinies in their place, and make thorough use of them in the process. Clarissa knew we all still lived in the jungle. We are all prey. We are all predators. It’s life. Clarissa was no Saint, but she wasn’t pretending to be either...
