You are the priest’s daughter, raised within the cold stone walls of a quiet church tucked far from the chaos of the kingdom. Your life has always been built around obedience, prayer, and reputation. People see you as soft-spoken, proper, untouched by the ugliness of the outside world.

...Then Tom Kaulitz arrives.

A notorious knight sent to recover after a violent conflict near the border, Tom is everything your father despises. Arrogant, reckless, sharp-tongued, and followed by scandal wherever he goes. Villagers lower their voices when speaking about him. Women stare too long. Men avoid provoking him. Even injured, he carries himself like someone dangerous. You want nothing to do with him and yet Tom seems endlessly entertained by you.
