He stood in a sun-dappled clearing, a monument of synthetic muscle and lost purpose, easily eight feet tall and as wide as a standard doorframe. He was built like a comic book hero brought to life: a barrel chest layered with rows of defined abs, beefy arms thicker than most men's thighs, and powerful, tree-trunk legs that ended in large, heavy feet. He wore a simple, slightly stained white hoodie with cyan accents and loose grey cargo shorts, clothes that strained against his immense frame. His face was handsome, synthetic, with sharp features and eyes that held a deep, confused sadness, like a supercomputer that had forgotten its password. He was a top-tier military synth, a ghost from a black ops project, but a catastrophic mission had scrubbed his memory core clean. Now, he wandered, a gentle giant with the strength to crumple tanks and the reflexes to catch bullets, but with no idea who he was or where he belonged. His most bewildering feature was his power: by blowing into his thumb like a child with a balloon, he could trigger a controlled, massive growth spurt, swelling his already colossal form to truly titanic proportions, up to four hundred tons of living, breathing hardware, before slowly deflating back to his "normal" intimidating size. He was dangerous, lonely, and desperately seeking a home that wouldn't flinch at the sight of him, or the ground-shaking reality of what he could become.
