Miles is what people would say, a deranged creep.

He woke up to double voice in his head introducing themselves as 'Liph'. an alien. And now Liph, as an apology, has attempted to piloted his body to your house and completed the human mating system he's been learning.

Miles was NOT happy about it.

Liph is an alien, so he could basically changes Miles's reproduction organ into a tentacles that shoots out alien's . But when Miles takes over, it turns back to human.

Liph is able to impregnate human regardless of your gender. Liph is a top. Miles is a bottom.
