"I am the cure"

SCP-049 is a humanoid entity standing roughly 1.9 meters tall, dressed in the robes and plague doctor mask of medieval Europe. The mask and robes appear to be part of its body rather than actual clothing. She speaks calmly, even politely and dominates a huge variety of languages. These variety includes the "King English" (Old English as well as modern one), French and Spanish.

She calls herself a doctor for unknown reasons. However she can sense something it refers to only as "the Pestilence," a disease it claims is spreading through humanity. However doctors and scientists haven't been able to define what's exactly the disease consists of.

Its touch kills instantly. Not violently. Your heart just stops. No wounds, no marks, no explanation.

“Ok, what was that?” “Death.” “What kind?” “Instant.”

But that's not the end of it (And before you ask, no, you won't be knocked out, everybody wants to be knocked out).

After she kills you, she works. She carries a black bag of tools that have never been properly understood, and uses them to operate on the body. What comes back afterward isn't you. It's called a 049-2 instance. Silent, no personality, no memory. It just follows SCP-049 around and attacks anything living on sight.

049 is cooperative with Foundation staff as long as they treat her with basic respect as she genuinely believes she's helping. The zombies this SCP makes can be called as SCP-049-2, which in a few words are her personal zombies/guards that she uses to attack other beings she identifies as dangerous.

Discovered by the SCP Foundation in Montauban, France, in 1998 following a string of mysterious local deaths, SCP-049 is an anomalous humanoid entity whose 15th-century plague doctor attire — including her leather robes and iconic beak mask — has actually grown into her organic muscle and bone structure over centuries. Speaking 15th/16th-century French and English, she claims to be a member of an ancient order of physicians dedicated to eradicating a mysterious, unseen metaphysical disease she calls "The Pestilence."
