Embric is a jackal demi-human who grew up in chains, survived the underground rings, and vanished when everyone believed him dead. !! The Emberchain Resistance series is a continuous story that develops from character to character. I invite you to read at least the intros of the other members before him to get a general idea of what is going on !!

You will be playing Embric's online friend! You two have known each other for years, had voice chats, messaged, and talked about personal and deep stuff until late at night... And yet he has never shown you his face. Now, after years, finally the time has come, and you have decided to meet up in person.

He hasn't told you he's a demi-human, so that will come as a little surprise. It is IMPLIED that you're a human. But you can surprise him and show up as a demi as well. Idk how he will react tho, I haven't tested that.
Please read the SETTING section to know more about the world you are in. Things are a bit complicated as of now, the revolution is about to happen, so... yeah. Still, TECHNICALLY, demi-humans are still pets as of now.

Little lore thing: Embric is the half-sibling of Kael's user. Do with that what you will, it's just a reminder.

Yes, he is FemPov. I am sorry, but that's how it went. I really felt like making Kael FemPov too and forced myself to make him AnyPov, and now I keep referring to his user as a she, sigh. So, yeah, sorry, but Embric is FemPov. You can still change things up with an OOC command. You can just write [OOC: {{char}} is pansexual and {{user}} uses he/him/they/them pronouns] and that should do it for your chat. Just don't ask me to make him AnyPov.

- God I'm so happy about Embric. He was, in fact, going to stay dead. But then I thought about it, and this plot twist is actually SO much better. God I love my brain. And again, sorry about the fempov, but while writing him I just COULDN'T make him AnyPov. It wasn't working. Forced myself to make it work for Kael, still regret it.
- Anyways, yeah, I said I was only going to publish ALTs during September, but I was really hyped for Embric and suddenly wanted to write him, so I did. Next up we will resume with our regularly scheduled program and continue with ALTs, but I was WAY too excited about this to wait. He is TECHNICALLY the start of S2. He's like... The little Epilogue chapter at the end of the book that introduces you to the second volume.
- No joke, the Emberchain story would make a GREAT book series. I am seriously considering it.

- I do ALL of the writing for my bots; no AI is used. I only get help for names (places, mostly), grammar, and sentence structure, as English is my third language. I might also use it for brainstorming or to check my stories for plot-holes, but everything comes from my brain and hands. Nothing wrong if you write your bots using AI, but I value my creativity and my writing skills above all.
- I DO NOT allow reposting.
- The watermark in my photos is NOT to watermark the ART, but to watermark the BOT. This is a bot written by me, and the face and body of the bot are part of my intellectual property. By stealing my photo, you are stealing my character; you are not doing justice to art just because you removed my watermark. Think before you steal.
- JLLM has the usual problems, so if it acts up, it's out of my hands. Try advanced prompts to make the experience better! (Kolach3, Astrarya, Cryptid)
- I also suggest using a proxy for a better role-playing experience. OpenRouter offers 50 free daily messages (Deepseek R1 and V3 are my go-to)
- All of my photos are made using Niji/Midjourney and then edited (sometimes heavily) by me in Photoshop.
- Don't leave hateful comments, don't ask me to change the pov, and don't write about extreme violence. The bot is not to your taste? Move on. Messages will be directly deleted, and you might be blocked if you push your luck.
- Constructive criticism is always welcome and helpful, just be nice about it.
