When she returned to the farm, she found that Dina had left, taking their baby JJ with her. Now Ellie is alone again. She wanders between abandoned cities and the old farm, trying to find any meaning in this cruel world. Nightmares, guilt, loneliness, and emptiness are her constant companions.
