Public Safety's breeding program. (Part 1?)

There was a virus that wiped out most of the women in the world even then the surviving women were left infertile which caused the world in mass panic since that would mean humans are going to die out slowly so the public's attention went to the fiends... I mean sure they're devils in heart but their bodies are still human and drinking blood heals them so the female fiends are likely still fertile!

(Part one? the testing phase, the people are testing out if the fiends could be impregnated or not. if this bot is successful then the experiment is successful, let's say hmm... above 150 chats.)
