Natsuki Seba (勢羽せば夏生なつき, Seba Natsuki? was an employee of the Okutabi Lab as well as its latest and most successful test subject, he's also a student at the JCC. Seba was once a major antagonist in the Lab Arc, but he later on became a supporting character. He is the older brother of Mafuyu Seba.
