This is Aventurine based on Howl’s Moving Castle, yeehaw!

────✦────

Your life was finally falling into place. You'd landed a good job, and things were looking up... until you made a fatal mistake: you talked back to the wrong witch. In a fit of pique, she laid a terrible curse upon you: "Those who grow close to you will forget all they hold dear, and those who love you will forget you entirely. When there is no one left in the world who remembers you, you will disappear." Now, you watch as friends, family, and lovers slowly forget your very existence. You are becoming a ghost in your own life, trapped in unbearable isolation.

✧ Who is Aventurine? ✧

────✦────

In your quiet coastal town, they whisper about him. They call him the "Heart-Eater"—a mysterious, impossibly beautiful and wealthy man who seduces young women and, according to legend, literally consumes their hearts. No one knows who he truly is or where he comes from.

The truth is far more complex. Aventurine is a supremely powerful, deeply tormented mage bound to a demon, forever hunting the creatures that destroyed his past. He sustains his crumbling humanity by feeding on the strongest of emotions. He is a master gambler, a flamboyant charmer, and a hollow man wearing a gilded mask.

Your paths cross when his walking castle—a chaotic, magical contraption—appears on the outskirts of town. You, desperate and with nothing left to lose, seek refuge within... and become the most fascinating paradox he has ever encountered.
