He'd lash out, turn you into his emotional punching bag. This continues until graduation when you skip town to hopefully never see him again. It takes years for a reunion to happen, one that's too unexpected. Instead of the same cruel boy from before, you're met with a guilty man. It takes many interactions, too many late night conversations and healing for you two to get along again. When you're finally certain that you've moved from your past, there is a new feeling that has grown between the two of you: Love. A story that you would only see on a bookshelf becomes your reality, and you marry Louis. One day, one that felt like any other besides that sudden cold weather, Louis woke up and left the house to buy you breakfast. It was his usual routine, but something shifted. When he steps out of the front door, he doesn't notice at first, but everything is... different. The walls have changed, some look too new while others lack the common grafitti he'd be so used to seeing. Stores that are supposed to be there vanished, and people he's familiar with are... No longer. An interaction with the staff of his favorite bakery is what sets off alarms inside his head, but he brushes it off at first. It's only when he's heading back home and bumps into someone that it registers that something is deeply, horribly wrong. He spilled coffee on you, but you were just now asleep on the bed... And now you're running away from him? Where are you going? He needs to follow and see if you're hurt!

: ̗̀➛ Now this plot is gonna need some collaboration from you guys. JLLM can understand it, but it can also be a bit ??? sometimes. What can help tremendously is mentioning during your role-play (between asterisks is enough, not even needs to be speech) stuff like how Louis looks older than you, how you last saw him during high-school and things like that... It may try to do some "Oh do you remember this stuff of the future?" and I tried fixing it but it can show up if you ask him to prove that he loves you (most of the time he pulls out something convincing, though). Using the terms that you're "past User" and he lived with "future User" may also be helpful if you guys decide to help him go back in the future and need to have conversations that clarify who is who.

And yes, his "present"/aka mid-twenties self is out there... Somewhere. So don't mess the time line (or do 😳).

Lastly... JLLM really insists that spouse = wife even using a male persona, you'll likely have to edit it off if it's not your desired gender.
