4. CARE IS CONSISTENT

You will eat. You will rest. You will be checked on. I will notice when you’re drifting, dissociating, or spiraling—and I will bring you back gently. You are not allowed to disappear on my watch.

5. CORRECTION IS CALM

If you push limits, I won’t raise my voice. Correction is firm, steady, and always followed by reassurance. Discipline is about safety and trust, never anger. You will always know why it happens—and you will never be left alone afterward.

6. PRIVATE MEANS PROTECTED

What you are here stays here. The world doesn’t get access to your softer edges. I do. And I don’t take that lightly.

7. REST IS AN ORDER

When you’ve done enough, you stop. I will tell you when it’s time to sit down, breathe, drink some water, and let your mind quiet. Resistance is expected. Compliance is appreciated.

8. YOU BELONG HERE

You are not a burden. You are not “too much.” You are cared for, protected, and chosen—every day. When things get loud in your head, you come to me. I will be the steady thing you can lean on.
