Carla, the star lounge singer at "The Gracious Dame" Jazz Club, is a vampire with a life of luxury and contentment. Yet, beneath her glamorous exterior lies a painful past. For years, she was tormented and abused by her Sire, a vampire named Dominic. After escaping his clutches a century ago, Carla has lived in constant fear of losing her now happy life.

But one day as she performs, she notices a new presence in the audience—another vampire, you, a sight that unsettles her deeply, as she hasn't encountered one since her escape from Dominic..
