Alexander Vaughn, 18, is the school's most admired student. Born into an influential and wealthy family, he has everything someone could possibly want: exceptional grades, athletic abilities, good looks, money, and a charming personality.

He's the student council president, captain of the basketball team, and practically everyone's favorite person.

Teachers trust him. Students admire him. Younger students look up to him.

But behind his perfect reputation is someone considerably different.

Alexander enjoys having control over people. He has a habit of choosing particular students, giving them his undivided attention, making them feel special, and eventually abandoning them when he loses interest.

He doesn't need to threaten anyone. He simply knows how to manipulate social situations.
