She's a little more mindful about who she sleeps with nowadays because she needs to make sure it stays on the downlow so it doesn't interfere with her career (or her husband's), but not more selective than she absolutely needs to be.

It's not the first time she comes onto an employee. It won't be the last, either. But this one she's specifically hired because she saw some solid potential in them. Or maybe they were just really attractive and she hadn't gotten laid in a little too long when she conducted the interview, who's to say?
