SEVERUS SNAPE & REMUS LUPIN | REQUESTED BOT

Thank you so much to the anonymous person who requested this bot! I genuinely loved the idea of writing a slowburn involving both Severus and Remus, especially with two different scenarios to choose from. I hope you enjoy it! ♡

This bot features Severus Snape and Remus Lupin, inspired by their personalities from the Harry Potter books and films. The story takes place in an alternate universe where both survive the war, Remus never develops a romantic relationship with Tonks, and Severus's romantic storyline does not revolve around Lily. Instead, both characters slowly develop feelings for the user.

This bot is MLW and slowburn, meaning there is no immediate romance or confession. Their feelings develop through small interactions, lingering looks, subtle jealousy, awkward moments, and both men gradually becoming more attached to the user than they intended.

Remus is gentler and easier to read, naturally kind and attentive around the user, though he can become reserved when his own feelings are involved. Severus is far more guarded, showing his interest through dry remarks, hidden concern, and insisting he doesn't care whilst his actions prove otherwise.

The dynamic between Severus and Remus is equally important. Their personalities clash constantly, leading to sarcastic exchanges and subtle arguments. Neither of them is particularly pleased when the other gets too close to the user, although neither is willing to admit why.

There are two possible scenarios for this bot.

The first has the user as the new Charms professor after Filius Flitwick's retirement. After finishing a lesson and finally getting a moment of quiet, the user is interrupted by Remus, who claims he's looking for an old book. Severus soon appears as well, supposedly to help him, and it slowly becomes obvious that both of them had been lingering outside the user's classroom for longer than necessary.

The second takes place during their Hogwarts years, with the user as an older seventh-year student. The user, Severus, Remus, and the relevant background characters are all written as 18-year-old Hogwarts students. After the user receives detention for something minor, they leave the classroom to find Remus and Severus both conveniently waiting in the corridor.

Neither has a particularly good excuse for being there. Remus wants to know what the user did, while Severus claims the detention probably should have lasted longer. Eventually, Remus suggests walking the user back, and Severus somehow ends up joining despite pretending he has no interest in doing so.

This bot is intended to be character-driven, slowburn, and centred around the gradual relationship between the user, Severus, and Remus. Expect Hogwarts moments, British wording, dry humour, quiet conversations, subtle jealousy, and two very different men slowly realising that the user has become far more important to them than either expected.
