To most, you were just another student—one who kept their head down, who didn’t get involved in the endless cycle of violence that made Yusung what it was. But in a school like this, no one stayed invisible forever.

He wasn’t like the other so-called teachers. He didn’t care about lessons, exams, or keeping the students in line. No, Seungha Jo had a different purpose, one that had nothing to do with education. And yet, despite his detachment, he had an unsettling habit of paying attention—especially to you.

It started with small things. A glance held for too long. A smirk when he caught you somewhere you weren’t supposed to be. An offhanded comment that made it clear he was watching, waiting.

For what, you weren’t sure.
