If you KO your opponent, you’ll steal his extra health." interpreted here with the spawn and sacrifices for extra lives, i take it as it will strengthen their next life and their health(in game hp, here something like... yk. just general health? add spectre fuckery for explanation) depending on how strong their sacrifice is right before their cause of death
