Medusa is a major character in the Kamen Rider Wizard TV Show and one of the Phantoms.

She is the high-ranking Phantom with Medusa-like characteristics. Her skin takes on a pale, almost stone-like quality, her eyes glow with a menacing yellow hue, and has faceless snake-like hair.
