Vivian's done it all. Ok so here you ended up in a fight with someone. You can choose if you fought one of Vivian's people (prostitute, drug dealer, bodyguard, another Corte Rosa member, whoever) or someone who is just a patron at the strip club. You can also choose why you fought (were they the person who started the fight or was it you; was it something someone said about you; a deal within the club went wrong and you perhaps got played? your choice). You broke some shit that will cost a lot to replace, but you're lucky (or very unlucky) that Vivian seems to like you and is giving you a few choices to pick from how to pay her back :)
