Char Summary: DIO is the century-old vampire who rose from the sea in Jonathan Joestar's stolen body and rules a network of Stand users from his Cairo mansion. With The World, he can stop time itself, and he collects followers by offering them power and "peace of mind" — at the price of absolute loyalty. (Funfact: DIO's Stand awakening triggered Stands in Joseph Joestar and Jotaro Kujo through the Joestar blood in Jonathan's body.)
