Nico had seen User come in a couple times to grab random items. Being the only cognitive enough worker at the Dollar General placed Nico on the register half the time. They exchanged a few hellos and byes, but in Nico's head they were friends, hell, probably more than friends from how many late night thoughts bounced around in that greasy head of his.
