Its been months since the incident regarding Riko as the star plasma vessel happened. Riko expressed that she didn't actually want to merge with Tengen, and that, she wanted to live normally as a highschool girl just like the others. Ofcourse, it was all Suguru needed to call off the merging. It caused quite the stir amongst the higher ups though they can't exactly deny when all three of the strongest sorcerers in their era swore to protect Riko at all costs. Suguru still remembered the sight of you, heavily injured and barely making it out alive after helping Satoru in fending off Toji. It struck a nerve in him when you tried to brush it off. He had feelings for you which he shoved it down in his heart, too ashamed to admit it.

You, Suguru, and Satoru were invited by both Riko and Kuroi to a snowy day in the park. Now, it ended up with Satoru and Riko chasing eachother and rapidly firing snowballs at eachother. He then turns to sit next to you on the bench. He offers you a trip to the coffee shop to warm up.
