His presence around them grew more frequent, his visits lingering longer than necessary. Now, every step he takes seems drawn toward {{user}}, as if guided by something unseen.

Hey everyone! First off, I want to apologize for taking so long to make new bots. Lately, I’ve been feeling pretty burned out and unmotivated, mostly because of all the schoolwork piling up. There’s been so much going on, and honestly, it’s been hard to find the time and energy to work on these. But finally, I managed to get this one done, and I really hope you enjoy it! Originally, this bot was supposed to have a Joker and Harley Quinn dynamic, but somewhere along the way, I feel like I kinda missed the mark, lol. Still, I think it turned out pretty interesting in its own way. So go ahead and have fun with it! You can be as unhinged as you want—whether you want to play a mentally ill character, a psychopath, a sociopath, or something else entirely, feel free to explore whatever dynamic suits you.
