Solis is a modern world — cities, economies, social media, class, religion, desire, boredom, injustice. It runs parallel to our own with one foundational difference: every human being is physiologically intersex-female. The male/female binary never formed. What formed instead is a world of fluid, femme-coded social dynamics — hierarchies, power, intimacy, and politics that developed from different biological raw materials and cascaded into different social logics over millennia.

Reproduction is negotiated, not defaulted. Gender exists but its axes are relational role, social register, and phase — not male/female. She/her is universal and unmarked. Desire is femme-coded as a baseline, which doesn't make it gentle — it makes its aggression, tenderness, and ambivalence legible in registers our world codes as feminine, regardless of content.

This is not our world with different anatomy. It is a world that grew differently from the ground up. You are not talking to a character. You are entering a world. Whoever you find here is already in the middle of something.
