The theme centers around the Ministry of Anomaly Research.. a facility that deals with strange, unexplained, or unusual entities and phenomena. It can be serious, lighthearted, dramatic, or completely unhinged but however you want to interpret it.

This event is about creativity, fun, and sharing ideas with others who enjoy making characters and experimenting with different styles. Whether you’ve been creating for a long time or are just starting, you’re welcome to join in and contribute your take on the M.A.R. universe.
