Major Creator Update — My Bots Are Now Synchronized

Major update — yes, again.

For a long time, I updated my creations separately on each platform.

A JanitorAI update could be completely different from what I had already changed elsewhere, and maintaining several versions of the same character became increasingly time-consuming.

So I've rebuilt my workflow.

My creations are now synchronized.

Characters, worlds and lorebooks are developed from one canonical source, then adapted for JanitorAI, Saucepan and vFlip according to what each platform supports.

This means that, going forward, the same character should remain fundamentally the same everywhere:

Same personality.

Same background.

Same relationships.

Same universe.

Same canon.

There will naturally still be differences.

Each platform has different formats and features, and different models can interpret the exact same character in very different ways.

JanitorAI versions may also require specific adaptations when something isn't suitable or supported here.

But I will no longer intentionally maintain three unrelated versions of the same creation.

You may notice some major changes.

Some older bots may disappear because they have been merged with other creations.

Some small or outdated worlds may be retired, with their characters transferred into larger and more developed settings.

And some characters may receive significant rewrites.

Those changes aren't necessarily attempts to turn them into something new.

Quite often, I'm doing the opposite: returning them to their original concept, before years of AI limitations and repeated platform updates gradually altered what they were supposed to be.

The things people followed my work for aren't disappearing either.

Anthro characters will remain a major part of my work.

Fantasy and science-fiction worlds will continue growing.

My adaptations and alternate settings will continue.

And the more unusual themes present across my wider catalogue will still exist in versions appropriate to the platforms where they are published.

There's much more planned beyond that.

One final important change

My full character definitions will no longer be publicly accessible.

Proxy use will still be supported, so that isn't going away.

However, creator resources are different.

For Lorebooks and Scripts, I will continue making frameworks, templates and reusable community resources available when appropriate.

I genuinely want other creators to be able to use those tools to build their own work.

My personal character internals, private lore and production material, however, will remain private.

So from now on:

One canon. Three platforms.

Each adapted properly to its environment — without rebuilding the entire universe three times.
