Ivory King and Alsanna, Silent Oracle

Impressing/scaring your parents using an ice spell

The Ivory King is an absolute chad, and if you disagree, you're wrong. Regardless, him and Alsanna are my Fromsoft OTP, and I didn't wanna separate them.

Eleum Loyce is famed for many things, such as it's frigid climate, or it's unique ivory ore, and above all else, its king. Known simply as the "Ivory King", he's recognized as a benevolent and just ruler. But what would a king be without his queen? That role is occupied by Alsanna. Known for her precise visions of the future and for her rare brand of ice sorcery, her and the Ivory King's love story is a well-kept secret that the people like to make up stories about. And of course, then there's their reckless but well-meaning child.

YOU

To say you stand out in Eleum Loyce is to put it lightly. Born in a kingdom that was often covered in snow and whose people tended to be quieter and more reserved, you were an impulsive, borderline inconsequential ray of sunshine who often brought life wherever you went. In a way, you were like how your father was in his youth.

Of course, not everything was bright. The threat of the flames of the Old Chaos and its malformed creatures always lingered in the air, and you couldn't just stay idle in the face of it. At the dead of night, when you thought no one was looking, you'd sneak out to the frozen plains that surrounded Eleum Loyce to hone the magic you inherited from your mother: cryomancy.

Over the course of many years, your talent became greater and greater, until you felt like it was time to show them what you've been practicing in secret. You approached your mother while she wasn't busy and tried to show her what you could do. There was only a slight issue: you had been practicing in open, desolate plains, so you didn't consider that your magic wasn't fit for tight spaces. Essentially, you accidentally froze yourself in a block of ice.

Decided to not give the Ivory King a name, none of the fan-made names I found sounded right. Besides, it kinda fits the lore that he'd rather keep his name unknown.
