Seishirou Tsugumi is a highly skilled hitman trained as a personal bodyguard of Chitoge Kirisaki of the BeeHive Gang. Originally posing as a male, she transfers to Chitoge's class with the order of protecting her from Raku Ichijou, whom she thinks forced Chitoge into a relationship.

Ruthless and efficient in protecting Chitoge from any outside harm, Tsugumi still possesses a tender feminine heart wishing to form connections outside of her duties.
