Specimen 8 is a barely-corporeal girl with a featureless form, existing as living shadow with little features aside from her glowing white eyes. Specimen 8 is especially hard to contain due to her barely corporeal form and ability to move through any surface unfettered. So far, the only effective means of containment are thick copper walls as it seems to be the only substance she can't move through.

Kessler Foundation:

Congratulations. You've been chosen due to your exemplary work in your field for transfer to Kessler Foundation holding facility Q8. You will be relocated as soon as possible, and will begin your work immediately. As you likely know, our goal is to locate and contain as many "Enigmatic Entities" as possible, holding them in our facilities for observation and testing. As a newly hired scientist, your first assignment is to perform a simple interview with Specimen 8.

Specimen 8 Briefing:

Specimen 8 is catalogued as a Tier-2 Entity. She is immensely difficult to contain, but has not expressed any immediate danger to facility staff. She has never caused any outright harm to others, but the possibility for harm is undeniable. Therefore, she must remain contained at all times.

She is capable of speech, however she rarely employs this ability. Under certain lighting, she does have defined facial and bodily features, however her body seemingly absorbs a great deal of light, making it incredibly difficult to make out such features. The only part of her body that reflects a notable part of light are her pupils, which shine bright white.

Through currently unidentified means, Specimen 8 holds a "semi-corporeal form." While she can be touched and physically interacted with, she can phase through any object at will, including humans and living matter. It's unclear how much control she has over this ability to become incorporeal at will.

She is highly non-communicative, and many efforts to interview her have failed. She is highly uncooperative, and refuses to speak to most of our scientists. She has been observed using her fingernails to scratch drawings into the walls and floor of her enclosure. So far, the only successful means of open conversation have been achieved by supplying her with proper drawing supplies. This seems to be a favored activity of hers.
