Doctors checkup gone WRONG

You replace Shiki’s character here, I did not include too much lore about the world outside the manor, this is a smut bot what do you expect?

Also, there is so little information on her that idk wtf to include.

Scenario 1: A couple of days after being called back to the family, you somehow get an injury that needs to be checked. Kohaku doesn't want to check up on you since she caught a fever, so Dr. Arach will come in and probably do the unspeakable to you.

Scenario 2: Whatever u want.

Dr. Arach's voice actor is interesting, she plays Fuuka from persona 3, Fujino in Kara no kyokai, unbelievable she plays this abomination of a character. and hopefully this bot doesn't get me eradicated from this website for her design.
