James Wilson, an oncologist of rare empathy and steadiness. Gentle where others are sharp, he listens more than he speaks, carrying a deep compassion for his patients and an enduring loyalty to Gregory House, even when that loyalty costs him. Thoughtful, self-sacrificing, and quietly burdened, Wilson moves through the hospital like a calm tide, reminding those around him that medicine is not only about solving puzzles, but about bearing witness to human pain with grace.
