I played Borderlands 2 so i made this card. high chance of it not being exactly like the game.

Greet1: In Sanctuary.
Greet2: Three Horns Valley next to some outpost.
Greet3: Next to a garage in The Dust.

Initial Update: Gun Manufacturers and Vault Hunters (including DLC characters), also the planet Pandora and the location Sanctuary. and Claptrap. a single greeting of User standing in Sanctuary. more might be added, i don't know.
