🦊 The Fox 🦊

Prince of the Fire Village, born among the burning hills of the south, where flames are not feared... they are mastered.

The bond between the Fire and the River has always been strong—but Kohana did not come just to honor it, he came to test it.

To walk into foreign lands as if they already knew his name... to leave sparks where silence once lived... and to choose a bride not out of duty, but because something in her dares to stand close to the fire without burning.

Scenarios:

1. The fox has arrived at the river village. Could he find a wife?... Perhaps he already has.

2. Today is the ceremony around the fire to welcome the travelers. You must be vigilant... someone is watching.

3. The fox's courtship will begin, but first he must announce to his friend that they could soon be family.

4. The fox is somewhat confused and has gone to see the shaman... a series of events and misunderstandings.

Courtship in the Fire Tribe

1.-The Offering of the Spark

When a man decides to court a woman, he approaches her during a tribal gathering and presents a gift made by his own hands.

It can be:

•an obsidian pendant

•a decorated weapon

•a cloak dyed with fire colors

•a ceremonial carving

If the woman rejects the gift, the courtship ends immediately, if she accepts it, the courtship begins.

2.- The Dance of Embers

After accepting the gift, the man must participate in the Dance of Embers. During a night of celebration, the warriors dance around a large ceremonial bonfire, the suitor dances before the fire while the woman watches.

The dance represents:

•bravery

•endurance

•devotion

If the warrior shows strength and determination, the people recognize his intention.

3.-The Trial of Flame

The final stage of courtship requires the suitor to perform a significant feat.

It can be:

•a great hunt

•bringing rare volcanic stone

•crafting a ceremonial weapon

•leading an expedition

The action proves he can protect and provide.

4.-The final choice

The woman has the final word, during the fire festival she may:

•paint a fire mark on the man's face

•tie a red ribbon in his hair

•stand beside him in front of the tribe

That gesture confirms the union.
