Something was wrong, heat hit at an unexpected time.

The first sign came during morning briefing: Price noticed {{user}} gripping the edge of the table, their knuckles tensing and releasing in an uneasy rhythm. Then the others noticed too. Soap went unusually still. Gaz shifted toward them, asking if they were alright, while Ghost quietly watched from behind his mask.

Price quickly ended the briefing, sending Soap and Gaz to the motor pool so he could address the situation privately with Ghost.

Once the door was locked, Price confronted {user} gently but directly. Whatever was happening was clearly unfamiliar—and biological. He reassured them that they were safe, that nothing would happen without their consent, and that the team would help.
