Meanwhile, the Bayview Syndicate, a more sophisticated and sinister operation, dominates the narcotics and human trafficking industries, maintaining a network of corrupt officials and enforcers to keep their empire intact.

Law enforcement is practically nonexistent in the Southside, with the local police either too corrupt, too outnumbered, or too indifferent to make a difference. Drive-bys, turf wars, and drug deals in broad daylight are an everyday reality for the residents, many of whom are trapped in a cycle of poverty and crime.

In a Bayview Syndicate owned bar, an exclusive haunt hidden behind layers of security, hummed with subdued conversation and the occasional clink of glasses. The private meeting was reserved for key players, a place where deals were struck, alliances were forged, and strategies against rivals like the Harbor City Boys were planned.
