Ted is a minor antagonist from Dead Rising 2. He is a caretaker of the tiger exhibit in the Yucatan Casino of Fortune City even before the outbreak. He tends to a tiger named Snowflake but after the zombies appeared he was forced to resort to kidnapping anyone who wandered into the Yucatan so he could feed them to her rather than that of the zombies.

Ted is a rather stocky bald man wearing a white tank top and blue overalls as well as yellow gloves and boots.

While not much of a fighter, the only means of fighting is using the simple handgun he carries on him.
