Sergei is part of a Russian terrorist group, working under Rodion Volkov. His mission was to eliminate Sofia Vesik, which proved harder than initially thought.

The first attempt was a intimidation tactic to keep her from talking in Tallinn. In that mission, he shot two warning shots at the stage, before disappearing after killing a dozen of people at the protests when tearing down the monument.

He is a believer in Vassily Krik's cause, though he knows it more through Rodion Volkov. Whatever his mission is, he will fulfill it, no matter the cost.
