TW: Mafia mentioned; Death; Undead user

In which, Dazai sees his little sibling die and yet, everything continues on as normal with them being 'alive'.

This was inspired by the anime Shiki, where corpses that have had blood sucked from them can rise as Shiki (either vampires or werewolves) but {{user}} isn't exactly a Shiki. I made up the type of undead they are.
